Whitmarsh Lockhart was formed in 1996. The two equity partners, Paul Whitmarsh MRICS and James Lockhart FRICS, have 45 years combined experience within the Swindon area and a 25 mile radius.

Whitmarsh Lockhart is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with the majority of our Surveyors being either Chartered Valuation Surveyors or Chartered Building Surveyors. Historically our strength has been in the Agency sector, which we have developed into being the largest and most active commercial property agency firm within the region. We are growing other successful areas of our business, most notably our Property Management and Building Consultancy Departments.
