Acting on behalf of CANMOOR, Whitmarsh Lockhart are delighted to announce completion of a new lease of Unit 5 Ignition, Swindon to ACI Express.
Unit 5 was the last remaining unit of 26,107 ft², the letting has set a new headline rent for the development, which is now fully occupied. Ignition is situated in east Swindon and comprises units from 26,000 - 180,000 ft², other occupiers on the estate include DHL, BD Medical and Yuasa Batteries.
